I’m a designer specialising in innovation and experience with a strong foundation in the material. I’m currently studying MFA Business & Design at Gothenburg University, looking to develop an advanced understanding for design tools in business and societal contexts to create people-centred approaches. I have previously studied at Konstfack University, The Glasgow School of Art and Nyckelviksskolan.

I was born and raised in Germany, but my curiosity for people and cultures has so far led me to live in three different countries – I speak English, Swedish and German fluently. I love to meet new people with different skills to combine force in collaborations and have experience from working as a freelance designer and workshop leader. I care about the big picture as well as the small nuances and believe in working with my head, heart and hands.

I started my education within design at Nyckelviksskolan in Stockholm with a prep year of metal- and jewellery design. In 2017 I successfully graduated from the BFA Industrial Design programme at Konstfack University. During my undergraduate I also spent one term at the Glasgow School of Art, focusing on design research and service design. With a growing interest in understanding how design can help us create meaningful solutions for people, businesses and societies, I now continue my education with a Master’s of Business and Design at Gothenburg University.

Believing that a good social environment is vital for my and other’s education, I have throughout my studies engaged in the work of the students’ association, holding several positions as student representative and vice president.

I gained valuable professional experience as a design intern at Greenworks in 2016 and other engagements such as a workshop with Philips and the exhibition of a project at the Stockholm Furniture Fair helped me extend my boarders.

I have since worked as a freelance designer within the fields of product design, graphics and illustration, web and social media management as well as fairs. I also have experience holding talks and workshops for non-designers through a collaboration with the Glasgow Student Marketing Society.
